"There was no management to oversee the staff. The staff tried their best provide good service but obvious there was a lack of good management of the place. Villa was spacious but could be better maintained."

"First of all, it was little difficult to figured out about check in, we had to wait for someone to check us in. Then we had to move to different tower due to the room we supposed to stay had some problems. We also couldn’t use the stove. The person checked us in, said “it doesn’t work” Not sure why the pictures showing that this room came with the stove if we couldn’t use it? Condition of the apartment is very poor, one of the door on the cabinet fell when we opened it and bathroom is dirty. I...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist. However, the cleanliness of both the public areas and rooms left something to be desired; I noticed hair and dirt in various spots. While these issues weren’t critical, they were noticeable and detracted from the overall experience."

"Excellent Service for the friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It also offers stunning view. The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests. I, frankly speaking, had enjoyable and pleasant stay and hope to come back whenever time permits. Thanks Team… "

"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment staying in this hotel. Couple of years ago I stayed here and it was OK. Apparently the hotel went downhill despite now it offered free breakfast (the positive side of this hotel now). I won’t stay here anymore though. With the same price, I could get a better hotel - at least one without cockroaches problem! I’m having phobia now after staying for 5 nights there. Goodness. "
