The hotel is well appointed , room was very spacious , bed was comfortable , heated floors . The hotel is a sight to behold and a great one to stay in . Would be back in a heart beat . The breakfast was always sumptuous and had great variety ."

"Beautiful property with large, gorgeous rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is great and very close to the Bulvar. Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not...

"With one exception the staff spoke no language other than Azerbaijani. I mean none. Not hello or yes or anything. It made ordering dinner a challenge... but the food was great once you managed."

"The staff is more interested in my personal religion and nationality that providing services. They only need to focus on my payment and identity verification. "Hotel located right in the central city, walkable distance to everything shopping dining, 5-10 min walk to Old city. We stayed in October and the AC wasn't working, per hotel staff they switched to a winter mode and 23.5 C is the lowest temperature you can set, so be ready to sweat while you are in the room. Our shower was missing a Glass door, so every time you use it, our bathroom would turn into a pool area, be ready to wipe the floors every time you use a shower. Keep in mind that the...

"I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price. There are a few doner places nearby and a mini mart for small snacks. The only downside was that the walls are rather thin so you can hear the loud conversations from the the next room over and doors slamming throughout the night. The staff and service was good, I would stay here again."

"Super nice accommodation, massive bedroom and confortable bed as well. The jacuzzi in my room was much appreciated after a few exhausting days at the f1 track. The breakfast was also excellent, with a large variety of choices every morning. Professional staff (thanks again to Gular for a warm welcome at checkin and an efficient checkout). Finally, the spa facilities are also a great bonus, with an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a sauna and steaming room (and a gym, but I didn’t try that one) right next to the hotel. Not that much to do around, but the city center and the airport are easily reachable by cab. Highly recommended !"

"Overall it was just functional for my needs. However no kettle and cups or tea/coffee provided which was probably the most annoying part. The breakfast was limited but decent enough. The wifi was a bit spotty as well. The location is far to walk to the downtown but bolt is cheap, so about 10mins away "
