"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Joshua at the front desk who checked us in early, gave us a tourist map, and offered excellent recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and eating. The room was clean and comfortable. Two small bottles of water were provided daily. The hotel is located on a quiet stree and a short walk from the railway station, Westgate shopping centre, Oxford University buildings and restaurants galore. Perfect base for exploring Oxford!"
