We requested extra duvets as the 2 single ones given were not sufficient, especially in January which the staff gave us without a problem. There is only one liquid soap in the shower which you need to grab to wash hands. Didn’t see any recycling bins but maybe the system is different in Basel. Would return as it’s a great place to stay in this city. "
