"The main point was how helpful Alice was beforehand. I had to change the booking but couldnt with Expedia and Alice did it all and responded within minutes to all my emails. Great service. The place is great and lots of little thoughtful things to make a great stay. My only advice would be to ask for a room away from the road. The lorries start early."

"The reception staff are so nice, they shared a lot of local info that made our stay much better! We did the Roy’s peak hike their info was super useful and their cheers afterwards were a nice touch!"

"Overall it was a good night stay. Although we had the view as the room was in front, the noise of others can be heard like footsteps and even the smell of people smoking is coming inside the room."
