"Great hotel with great staff--seems to need an additional manager. There is only one manager for the property. He was unavailable to fix an issue with me being double charged for the room. The issue took far too long and far too much effort on my part to get resolved, disappointing. Issue did get resolved but at great expense and added stress to my trip finances. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. "

"I frequently stay here just as a pass-through location. It's a college town so it feels very safe. The rooms are adequate for the price you pay. Plenty of local restaurants. Staff is always very friendly."

"We stayed one night on our trip south and the room was very clean and ready on our arrival. We traveled with our two dogs which was the reason we chose this place. Our room was on the first floor and right next to the office which made it convenient to take the dogs out for a potty break. My only complaint would be the employees smoking near the office and the smoke blowing into our room. We are non smokers. Otherwise our stay was fine. "
