"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"This is the only place to stay on Copenhagen. The apartment was so well stocked, really cozy, everything we needed. Comfy beds, lovely facilities, great location. Absolutely no notes and I will be staying here again. "

"Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel close to train station. Had a standard room which was small but nicely decorated. Only concern would be what a cozy room would be like. As it like I said was on the smaller side so opening a full size suitcase wasn’t possible. And therefore suitable for weekend traveller. But would definitely come again "

"The hotel was great, very clean and looked really cool inside the rooms and in the bar area. I had an issue with my heating not working at all, I struggled to convince the staff and made them come up to see for themselves and they finally believed me. The first night I received a loud small fan heater, the second night I received a separate radiator type portable heater. It wasn’t ideal however they said the hotel was full (I had to ask whether I could change rooms). The staff were helpful but...

"Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit. "

The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. "Excellent hotel right in the center of Copenhagen. Opposite Tivoli and a short walk to shops and bars. Hotel was clean and provided complimentary water and coffee all day. The breakfast was incredible and provided some of the best pastries we had ever had. You could also order a la carte breakfast options off the menu which provided that additional 5* touch."
