"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
