"Staff is very friendly and available to help"

"Lovely staff at this hotel and a nice facility but unfortunately too noisy to enjoy my stay. Renovations are ongoing and I was awoken before 8am one morning by furniture being thrown from the second floor into bins below. Noise was very bad throughout the day as my room was one of the closest to the wing being renovated. To add on, I was directly below the fitness centre which was quite loud. We also lost use of the lift after the first day due to the construction. I would not stay again. Wasn;t able to relax or sleep well."

"An ideal hotel for my visit to Osnabrück. Located near the old town and within walking distance to everything I needed, it was an immaculately clean property, with large spacious rooms that I would definitely return to and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"There was construction in front of the building that made it difficult for my GPS to find a route. Once I knew how to get there is was fine."

"Such a great place to stay! We travel a lot by car between England and Sweden, so have stayed a few times now. We have two dogs that are welcome to stay in the hotel, and with one of us being celiac it’s possible to have breakfast as they offer great gluten free bread. There is also an electric charger to charge our car. "

"This was the second time we stayed, we had stopped here on our way to Denmark and were so impressed we booked to stay again on the way back to the UK. Hannes worked tirelessly at breakfast time making sure everyone was happy and really made it such an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book a short stay here again. "Right opposite the train station and a relatively short foot walk to the city center. I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable room. I can recommend the breakfast buffet."
