The night we came in there was live music which was lovely to enjoy with a nice glass of wine provided by the lovely Kierra, who was friendly, helpful and just a delight. I do think that policies such as not having your room refreshed unless you ask for it to be done should be mentioned at checkout or in the description.

The staff here was INCREDIBLE. Top notch. The place is nice, very welcoming. My only complaint is that we were there 3 days/2 nights and there was no maid service/ replacement of towels. We kept leaving thinking that they were maybe still getting to it, and they just never did.

I was not able to make my reservation due to an unforeseen bout with COVID. I had purchased trip insurance and attempted to cancel in the website but it cancelled my trip insurance instead! I tried to contact Hotels.com and the hotel directly to no avail. Each giving me excuses and each telling me to contact the other.
