"The location is perfect for getting around town, there’s a bus right in front of the hotel, the rooms have everything you need minus a microwave, but there is one on the 7 floor for use. Room cleaning is every 3 days. Overall no issues"

"I booked this stay because the website reported there was shuttle service for the airport. There was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, even when asked for!! The room I was in did not look like the picture, and there was a very bright "Exit" sign that stayed on throughout the night. It was also very difficult to find, even for cabs with an address. I will not be staying here again!"

"I think this hotel ranks as one of the best I've ever stayed at during my times in Japan. It's one minute from train station. Great staff, helpful, large rooms (for Japan). "

"Really lovely ryokan and onsen with beautiful ocean views. The futons were very comfortable, as well. It's a little outside of Wakayama city (about 30 minutes/¥3500 by taxi), but there is a nearby bus and they have a parking area if you are driving. The staff speaks a little English, but don't expect the same level of English that you might get at a larger, urban hotel. Overall, it was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend it."
