"The staff was amazing and helpful! Our room was outstanding with a beautiful view. We were nervous about parking but there was always plenty of parking. "
"We had a little hiccup with the email providing the check-in info, but once we called it was quickly resolved. The room has been redecorated nicely, with a super comfy bed and cold A/C. Right next to the farmers market, and a short walk to downtown Hilo.
