"We have stayed at this property 3 other times, this was our fourth. The prices have tripled now that it is a Ritz. It has yet to live up to a 5 star hotel, however. Most of the restaurants serve similar food- not enough variety. Little mistakes with food orders were the norm. Attention to detail is lacking despite friendly servers. They screwed up the billing on our room and had we not been proactive to sort it out, it would have remained a mess. There are no bathrobes in the rooms or lighted...
