"Laid back vibe, clean rooms. On site restaurant has good breakfast options. Quality of dinner options I would say are average. Staff responded promptly to questions and or requests. They provide valet parking which is helpful as the parking lot car spaces are small and tricky to park well. We had a very relaxing time at this hotel and preferred it over the bigger resort area we stayed at on a previous visit to Kauai. "

"All I can say is WOW. We loved our stay at Sheraton Coconut Beach. All the staff were so sweet and accommodating. Karen at the excursion desk gave us open and honest local advice. We even found a great vegan restaurant (Russell’s) because of her recommendation. The restaurant bar and coffee bar both had great food. The area was clean safe and convenient. No complaints at all. This was a truly great trip! "

"So beautiful!! Loved having a kitchen, washer and dryer. Safeway and ABC right across the street. The resort was amazing. 3 hot tubs, great kiddie swim area, and the 2 slides were super fun. The restaurant was delicious. Went snorkeling at the beach right next to the resort. Perfect place. Wish I could live there!"

"Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
