"Not a resort. Clean, good price, no frills, fantastic view,quiet and convenient location. We would stay again. Hotel should add in room safe and desk. Clean and no pests. Kept lanai door open to listen to the crashing waves at night. Beautiful sunrises every day. No elevator so beware if you are a senior. Housekeeping with 24 hour request. Needs cosmetic work bit otherwise great!"

"We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."

"Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
