"The bellmen were so friendly, helpful and personable. The parking easy. The checkin staff is very helpful and happy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the balcony was great. The pool was amazing for the kids. They enjoyed the slide and the pupu from the bar was great. I loved the water coolers all around easy access. "

"This place is awesome! Instant beach access however there is a lot of coral reef in the shallow parts. Watch your step! We saw some sea turtles right off the beach, make sure to wear your Maui Jims!"

"Hotel is fantastic and pool and beach situation is hard to beat. Convenient to restaurants and shops at Whalers Village. Good service and room layout. Small downside is the outsourced towel operation at the pool - closes at 5 even though the pool is open until 8. And then the pool area isn’t cleaned up until the outsourced company comes back on duty in the AM. But that’s a fairly small complaint overall. Would definitely stay again. "
