"Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!"

"Went on a trip to visit the Mall of America. Minneapolis streets are confusing and chaotic. main streets curves back and forth like a drunk snake. "

"BEST STAFF IN MINNEAPOLIS!! Our family loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Minneapolis. Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel."

"Ooooo the kids had so much fun here!!! They loved getting the wolf ears when we entered…check in was easy thanks to Danielle…and even got us closer rooms even tho we didn’t even hassle her too just did it!!! The pools and slides were great and food here at there in restaurants were great!!! Will return!! "
