This property is so outdated and desperately needs a facelift! All of the furniture is scratched and ancient. Embarrassing that it is next to the Convention Center and this is the hotel people are staying in due to that.

Nice location, plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. We walked to silos which was several blocks in chilly weather, and it wasn't bad. A nice farmers market on Sat morning just a few blocks away. Only complaint was the room next to us was smoking marijuana and it came through the vents into our room and gave us headaches! People are inconsiderate. We told the hotel as we checked out so unsure what they could have done if we had asked. Otherwise, a pleasant 3 night stay.

Paid extra for a corner room with an amazing view- ants in the shower, curtains hung blocking the view, room generally run down. With the issues, I was moved to the corner room across the hall… view of rooftop- even with the roof & unable to see any views as a result of the tall facade. Staff reported that was the only corner room option on any floor & nothing to be done.

The staff in the Bistro Grille were excellent. Overall a lesser value than Hilton's midrange hotels mainly because there's more monetizing everything. This is not really the kind of hotel that values its customers.

Great launch pad for exploring Waco. It’s across from the cattle bridge over the Brazos with walking trails all along the river. Austin District is full of restaurants, art and coffee shops. The Magnolia district is a bit of a walk at about 10-12 city blocks, Everyone we met was friendly and the property is well kept. The restaurant staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome.

Great Stay
We've stayed at this hotel before, as is it in a great location and easy to get to and park a car at. The staff is always kind. The housekeeper had such a bubbly personality and always greeted us in the halls. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathrooms are very small but functional.
