"I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. "I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "
