The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. "Pleasant old style hotel right in the main square - good breakfast in a pleasant sunny room. Lots of places to eat. Access from the Hauptbahnhof is by tram - any tram goes to Hauptstrasse. If you are in Linz to see the town itself, stay here. "

"Incredible room with view of the castle. The restaurant on site was SO good! The best mulled wine we had on our trip too! This hotel had so many extra thought and detail that made our trip even better. They included a robe for our toddler to wear during the stay and baby toiletries. Was an excellent experience. "
