"The hotel was very modern, clean, and nice. The staff was always very helpful and kind. We had a few drinks on the rooftop bar and the bar tender was professional. The room was small, but cozy. Breakfast was great! I had 2 bowls of pho ga (very good), along with VN coffee, and plenty of other items. Wink is minutes away from river street, night market, and the pier where you'd take off for the floating market. "

"We were made to feel so important and valued from the moment our car doors were opened to when they literally waved us off as we drove away. The front desk helped me with finding an English speaking hospital for my daughter and changing rooms to accommodate her unexpectedly joining us (she had been with friends). "Excellent hotel in the middle of Can Tho's activity. Just by the river, it is convenient for visiting the floating markets. Several interesting pagodas are also in the vicinity. Last but not least, the staff were very helpful and extremely kind. This is an excellent choice when visiting Can Tho."

"This is our second time coming back here, two weeks ago we were here and fell in love with the environment and the services over here, the last review was a mistake from Expedia. I didn’t mean to post that review. Everything is perfect here. I love the the layout of the pool,the room everything is so clean. The staff are so friendly and very helpful Highly recommend!! "

"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the stairways were not well lit making it dangerous at night to use. The AC did not function. Bugs crawling in the rooms. Bathrooms were moldy with low water pressure for showers. Parking advertised as free but ended up costing us money. Fortunately, we booked only one night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Try a 1 star motel. Take your money elsewhere and do not book here. "

Nice, clean room and very friendly helpful staff

"Nice, clean and spacious room and also the hotel facilities. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to my needs. They help me to arrange for a day tour to the floating market. There is no direct bus from Can Tho to My Tho, and the hotel staff helped me to contact the transport company to make necessary transport and transfer arrangement. She then wrote the details of this arrangement on a piece of paper in Vietnamese, which I showed it to the transport staff at each stage of the transfer and everything went on very smoothly. I appreciate very much the meticulous effort of the hotel staff that enable me to have a smooth and hassle-free ride."
