Not familiar with the brand Vias hotel prior to this visit, but WOW this hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise. Almost everything about it was PERFECT!!! The staff was so friendly; the services were quick and efficient, the location is convenient and picturesque- great hotel and very affordable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vung Tau, Vietnam. My compliments to the General Manager of this hotel. Thank you

We really like this hotel and we are glad we found it. Its location is not as busy as the beach strip hotel. It’s a good place to relax. The staff were sweet, the rooms were clean. We’ll go back there for a couple more nights before we leave Vietnam.

Staff was top notch; everyone from concierge, spa, pool to kitchen. Staff amazing and friendly. I travelled with a 1 & 4yr old and the kindness we received and felt was clearly apparent. Kitchen helped steam and mash food for baby, 4yr old chatted with literally everyone! Loved the hotel, it was beautifully decorated, clean and modern. May hotels in the area are older and it shows, not Vias! We can’t wait to stay at the Vias Hotel again!

This hotel was really stunning, with both our room and the rooftop pool looking on to the ocean. The staff were super helpful and nice. It’s worth noting the hotel is about a 10 minute taxi from the main area of restaurants (which is about $5). It didn’t bother us but def not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a very positive experience. However, the statements `Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 4. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 3.' should be removed. There are two single beds in this room, how can it house 3 adults or 4 guests?

This hotel is better than other big worldwide chains as the management pays attention to all the details to make sure the place is in great condition: 1. The gym is very well maintained with all kinds of high end new machines. Gym staff is very helpful and friendly. 2. All supplies at the hotel such as soap, shampoos, body lotion are free of toxic chemicals e.g paraben etc. Everyday guests are provided with water in glass bottles 3. Breakfast is excellent with variety of dishes including gluten free bread. Coffee are super. 4. rooftop pool and bar are magnificent with beautiful ocean view. 5. Rooms are well designed with classy furnitures.

I thought the property was nice, but very few staff spoke English which made it difficult for me to communicate. Thanh Truc in the main restaurant spoke the most English of anybody there and she was very good as a waitress as well, so she deserves credit for that…

Calm beautiful stay
Beautiful new modern hotel in nice location in Vung Tau. Outstanding view of the Sea from our room. Breakfast buffet with large variety and good quality food. Very attentive and helpful staff. The drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated at checkin after our longer than expected trip from Ho Chi Minh city. Pool area was very nice though must be patient waiting for drink orders. Nice beach access. Nice peaceful and relaxing break from our days in HCMC!
