Great place to stay, ..... the room was clean and spacious (even had a good washing machine), had a small fridge, microwave, the price was less than I expected, and the receptionist was always happy and accommodating. Thank you Nguyen.

All good, with nice staff, big clean room and they allowed by bicycle up to my room. Air-con lights too bright to sleep (why the hell do they make them like that?), but wet tissue paper covered them up

There was some misunderstanding (which mad me few very annoyed) at the time of check-in because the staff was so new to the job. The day later the hotel owner waited to meet me at the lobby to explain the reason and apologize for that. This is evidence that they do care about their guests. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers whose first priority is not bathing at the beach, because it's pretty far from the beach. Other than that, every thing else was great.

Great budget hotel in a great location. Hospitality of front desk receptionist is a plus. Hotel is clean inside and out. Great service and room is very comfortable. A feeling of home away from home. Hotel owners (Quynh Anh and Tuan) are extremely friendly. They will help you with all your needs. Overall, it was a great stay. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends around the world.

A nice and pleasant stay at hotel. The staff was helpful in arranging bike rental and transportation booking to HCMC on the departure date. Had our room upgraded with additional fees which was necessary for our comfort. Quiet location. Eateries were in short walking distances.

Jättetrevligt hotell, urtrevlig service minded personal! Rent, snyggt och bekvämt. Vi bodde i ett litet rum först och blev sedan uppgraderade till det större rummet mot gatan. Jätte trevligt rum och vi trivdes jättebra. Dock vill vi tillägga att duschen i det första rummet var bättre. Det hade varit mycket trevligare om vi hade haft en likadan dusch i sviten. Ett annat minus var att dom hade dålig koll på frukost ställen, men efter ett par dagar hittade vi ett jättemysigt Franskt café, restaurant som ligger i närheten av hotellet. Tag höger direkt när ni kommer ut, där vägen tar slut, tag vänster. Blablabar café ligger ett stenkast bort på er högra sida. Suverän frukost, mycket trevliga ägare! :) (Obs. stängt måndagar.) Fråga hotellet om att hyra moped. Dom har jättefina mopeder och det är skönt att kunna ta sej runt. (kör bara försiktigt... det är inte helt lätt att förstå trafikreglerna om man ej kommer från Vietnam... :D Det är typ alla på en gång som råder, samt kör på vilken sida av vägen du vill... :O Helt klart ett äventyr i sej själv...:))

I can honestly say that in my 60 years of travelling this is one of the BEST Hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in the worlds most exclusive and expensive hotels, and without doubt QUEEN GARDEN Hotel is unbelievably great value for its 2 Star rating. Day Time staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and this coupled with the beautifully appointed rooms was one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences.However, do not expect the Night Duty staff to give you your Wake Up call. John
