We stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas & have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our rooms. They're were all very spacious & clean & the beds were nice & comfy. In the rooms you are given sachets of coffee, but they're the 3 in 1 that include milk & sugar which I don't like. The bathrooms are also a good size & the shower is over a sunken bath, so if you have mobility issues, this might be a problem. The resort itself is beautiful, lots of greenery & on the beach, it really does feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast here was really good, always lots of options including fruit, pastries, Vietnamese & international dishes, omlettes made fresh etc. The restaurant at night is another story. We went for dinner here once, our party ordered starters & mains, 2 of them got their starters, I then got a waitress come & tell me that I couldn't have the main I'd ordered as it had been burnt! This was after waiting for over an hour & I didn't even get my starter. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just don't bother with the restaurant for an evening meal.

Absolutely amazing resort. Mellow and relaxing, gorgeous spot, nice people. Would definitely come back. I highly recommend it for anyone who is visiting Vietnam. Only a couple hours drive from Ho Chi Minh.

Overall a lovely stay
Very clean and tidy hotel with a delightful pool. Spa was also great. Restaurant menu has a good mix of Vietnamese and Western food and we enjoyed our dinner and lunch here. Breakfast was quite good but busy. Some guests were occupying children in the restaurant with very loud and intrusive iPad entertainment and it would have been much more pleasant if the hotel stopped them from doing so. Despite being the only people in the pool, on a few occasions a guest was flying a drone over us for quite some time. It was flying all over the resort and while these are quite a recent additional to the general public, I think hotels should ban them from use. Very annoying sound and an invasion of privacy! Add drones to you ur banned list Alma, along with the durian!

Relax Weekend near HCMC
Excellent service and friendly staff willing to make your stay the best as possible. Spa services were also excellent with full variety of massages and very good sauna and steam room. Wonderful place to relax
We had a very relaxing time at the Alma Oasis. Right from check in the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Initially we were allocated a room on the hill, with many stairs to walk down to the amenities. This was very hard on my knees, so we requested a room change. This was not a problem and we moved to a room near the pool, spa and restaurant. The rooms were pleasant and clean, with nice touches that you don't find at other places, such as liquid hand soap and body lotion. The complimentary daily spa treatments were wonderful. Again the staff were very friendly and professional and the facilities very clean and pleasant to use. We spend quite a bit of time at the pool and also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend the Alma Oasis. The only downsides were the street tour was overpriced (but lots of fun and our guide Thuyen was wonderful) and the cocktail recipe varied considerable depending who was making them!

Health Spa focus Awesome
This luxurious beach resort is a great Winter escape from NZ. The staff are so accommodating, the food is excellent and the pool is great for spending hours in. But the best thing is the free spa treatments that involve Tai Chi, sauna and then a wonderful, long massage.

Be aware of overcharge fee
The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and most of staffs are friendly. However, I was charged extra-person fee by hotels.com while booking family room (allowing 3adults and 2 kids, according to Oasis staff) for 2 adults and 2 kids. I tried to contact Hotels.com and Oasis for this matter. Hotels.com requested me to call them instead of email, which is impossible since I am currently out of country. Oasis told me that their staff will call me back but they didn't. Bad customer sevice!
