"We stayed for a couple nights because we were taking a tour (with Oxalis, which was amazing) to see the Phong Nha caves. Even with the short amount of time spent at this hotel it was tremendously terrible. Most important point: we had no hot water! Staff told us to switch a plug up and wait 15 mins, which was already ridiculous, after waiting we still had to shower in the cold.
