"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. "The property is clean and close to center and castel however, the glass partition seems unecessary and if you try to watch tv from bed, the glass dividers are in the way. "

"Zois Apartment is located in historic area of Ljubljana! Walkable to everything in town. No elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up two floors. Parking was on street, zone 3 had best fee! There is a parking garage near by but expensive overnight fee!"

"We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. "The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the host was accommodating. But with some more care it would have been excellent. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. No hand soap in the kitchen. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not completely clean. There was no bracket for the shower head in a very complicated shower with no instructions."

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"As part of a European road trip, we booked these apartments for a two night stay but now wish we had booked to stay for longer. The apartments are very modern, with nice decor and have everything that you need, Outside there is a large bbq area and fire pit. The location is beautiful, it’s by the river with views over the mountains. The owner Viktor and his family are very nice people and make you feel most welcome. "

"The lights in the apartment were especially excellent. The location was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. My hosts were courteous and helpful. I had a very pleasant visit."

"Overall a nice property especially with the patio. Clean and comfortable. The two things not liked is the fridge could be colder and not finding out about cash payment instead of card until arriving created extra work and cost more since I had to pay the sevice fee for the exchange rate. "

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - located almost directly on the canal, minutes walk from the castle and the bridges. We were so impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was great, even though options for vegans were limited. One of the staff did offer us additional avocado or asked if there was anything else we’d like. I just thought that was really thoughtful. The coffee was beautiful. Our room was perfect for us- the bathroom lovely and the bed really comfy. We honestly could not have asked for a better hotel and am so glad we chose to stay here."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Full disclaimer: hotel is a bit old but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower wasn't great and easy to flood the bathroom. Breakfast buffet and breakfast staff were excellent! Great location, about 2 minutes walk to the old town and 10-15 minutes to the train station. Would definitely stay again. "
