"Very satisfied with apartment it exceeded our expectations. However the details provided were not very good for gaining access and getting the key. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the apartment since to find out if any jewellery been found that I have lost while staying there "

"In short, Residence Kappsäcken met all our expectations and more. The rooms of this older home were delightfully cosy, very clean and and inviting. The place included an extremely nice sauna area that could be reserved for sharing or for privacy. Bikes, grilling area, lovely outdoor decks and patios plus easy parking off street were available. "Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."
