"Great room, clean and a reasonable size for the price. Was lovely having the pool and gym free to use downstairs too! Also really convenient to get to the university metro station, just a 5 minute walk away. Just note, the hotel does not use key cards and instead emails you a code at 3pm to check in, so you won’t be able to check in early as it is an automated email!"

"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"A very well designed apartment, covered all our needs and more. Plenty of space and nice touches such as the skylights, private parking and elevator. Host provided excellent communication and answered all our questions We had a wonderful time, we will come back. Thanks!"

"I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else. "

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"Really nice place. Communication could have been better for check in Place was nice and clean and modern and once open comms was pleasant to deal with There is no pool and it’s a local pool that you have to pay for, not onsite nor part of the rental so slightly misleading "

"It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed. "

"An absolutely fantastic place to stay in Bucharest. Very nice part of town, across the street from a fantastic restaurant and a wonderful, very large park on a lake. Easy walking to many dining, shopping and experience options. My room was absolutely fabulous, four stars plus for sure. Most of all, the service was excellent. Ask and you shall receive! "

"Very modern and new property. Very clean. I definitively come back here. Wanted to stay longer, but sold out the next weeks. Love that place. Property is in Militari, quick to get everywhere you need to go."

"We had some initial issues with Expedia putting this apartment in Old Town when it is not, luckily we managed to upgrade on the way there to one that is. Unfortunately by coincidence our upgrade then suffered a burst pipe so George upgraded us again to the property next door! Both apartments were lovely regardless! Thank you George for all your help, you were invaluable. "

Hard to beat hotel in Bucharest Old Town

"Great hotel in a prime position. Breakfast good selection but need better facilities to keep food hot - all was luke warm. A second coffee machine is also needed. The staff at breakfast worked tirelessly to keep everything well stocked. Thank you all for a lovely stay. "
