"The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest. "

"We struggled getting to this hotel. The bridge across the gap was one-way...the wrong way. After I broke the law to run in for instructions, the staff person directed me down this curved road to a tiny parking garage with a kooky man in charge. We were highly confused, language issues, but we got to our room. Our room was sizeable, with a balcony looking out over the gap, bridge, and kooky man's parking garage. "From the detailed emailed directions through the labyrinth of Ibla to the beautiful room and abundant breakfast this little gem lacked gor nothing. Staff is exceptionally kind. I felt more like a guest in someone's exquisitely updated but historical home."

"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"Easy to find. Parking is on the street nearby, we didnt have to pay but i would think in busier times the free parking would fill up then you would have to park in pay zone. Nice bright room. Good breakfast included. Close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet."

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. Breakfast was an abundance of great fresh food and baked goods, all that one would expect and some. Us Canadians are so grateful. Thank you fresh"
