This is a beautiful place to stay. The view of the lake, the beautiful garden and the super friendly staff are just three reasons to stay here but there are more. It was an all around wonderful experience that I would love to repeat

One of the best hotels ever been

What a great experience. Hotel is amazing and service is excellent. Spa with all different saunas is really good. You can swim at the lake on 15 C degrees water. There is even a Mini sauna just 3 m from the swimming point. View from room to lake is something what is difficult to explain. Highly recommended. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lake view is beyond beautiful. The staff was excellent and kind. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to swim in the lake like we wanted to but it was still beautiful. The Swiss flag on the rock is directly behind the hotel. No valet parking, kind of rude people asked us to move the car prior to even walking up to the desk to check-in to ask where the proper place to park. We’ve never been here! We didn’t know what to do with the car but they quickly put us in our place. They need a better sign to let guests know what to do for parking. Once you’re inside the gate, park your car in a parking space THEN walk in to check in. We couldn’t even concentrate on what the first desk was telling us about breakfast in the morning/check in because we were so frazzled/rushed about moving the car! Not a good first impression!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The absence of air conditioning was a drawback. It was challenging to sleep in late September due to the heat. Opening windows led to mosquito issues, making sleep impossible. The fan in the room was ineffective in cooling it down.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful town

Beautiful, elegant hotel right on Lake Lucerne. Breathtaking views on lakeside. I was afraid that no A/C would be a problem but it cooled down very nicely at night so it was comfortable. The grounds were well kept with lots of good seating areas and water toys to use on the lake. The restaurant and service were excellent.

Lovely hotel

What a beautiful property! Set on the lakeside with beautiful gardens, everything about the hotel says peaceful and relaxing. The staff is professional and friendly and happy to do whatever possible to enhance your stay. Breakfast is excellent and made-to-order eggs are also available. The Michelin-starred dinner was good but, frankly, overpriced. Other restaurants within walking distance were the better choice.
