Myself, my husband and my 3 children stayed for one night on the way down to the south coast. It was lovely, with a lovely pool. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious and the hospitality was lovely.

Stayed one night as stop on journey through France, was adequate for our needs, the family room on the top floor was large and quiet. The pool was clean and helped to wind down after a long day on the road. We stayed in August and the town seems to have limited restaurant options in August, we found a perfectly adequate Italian doing Pizza and Pasta dishes.

This property looks nicer on the Expedia listing, as it is a business during the day. We stayed on the third floor of the Chateau on a 90 degree day with only a small fan.

This is a rare opportunity to see what the interior of a real French residence from the early 20th Century looks like. Very authentic. Reasonably well maintained and not so remodeled that you cannot tell what it was like years ago. I stayed during the Vintage car expo, held just 2 blocks away. It is only once a year, but worth a visit.

Prima voor een weekendje of op doorreis

De kamer was ruim, bedden goed. Melding fietsverhuur is incorrect, geen fietsen beschikbaar (pas op zo’n 15km) badkamer ‘smoezelig’ gastheer zeer vriendelijk. Hotel ligt in een woonwijk, loopafstand van centrum. Parkeergelegenheid prima. Ontbijt prima voor franse begrippen. Zwembad fijn.

superbe piscine

Nous n'avons que moyennement apprécié le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de salle de bain (jacuzzi et lavabo dans la chambre) et que l'accès au WC est peu aisé. L'équipement de la chambre est assez spartiate (pas de gobelet - pas de clim -pas de set d'accueil café/thé.. ) par contre le cadre général est très agréable et nous avons bien apprécié le côté piscine terrasse avec un un distributeur de boissons fraîches. Le petit déj est excellent.

Très bel endroit

Pourquoi tous ces avis négatifs? Après les avoir survolé, on craignait le pire. Mais cet hôtel (ces chambres d'hôte) est vraiment très bien. Accueil chaleureux, décor soigné, spacieux, piscine propre et chauffée, plein d'endroits où s'asseoir confortablement dehors, possibilité de manger son repas autour d'une table en terrasse, petit-déjeuner copieux et de belles rencontres à la tablée... Rien à critiquer. Nous n'avions qu'une halte à faire, mais nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

This is a wonderful old manor converted to a hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. The included breakfast is family-style, a nice way to meet people. The breakfast was tasty with fresh quality items. The staff was friendly, helpful, and bi-lingual. I would stay here again
