"Wow love this place! Everything was so perfect. The hotel is close to the old town. The staff was really nice. We had nice attentions (gifts) in the room at our arrival and a departure gift. "This is a fine place to stay. Near the Old Town, University, National Museum, shops, restaurants, and more. Generally elegant, it’s a bit cramped (and the carpet could have used a good cleaning). Nice folks, very helpful. Right next to the best gluten-free restaurant I’ve been in for ages! "

"The apartment was near the wall of old town. The instructions to the location is clear and we communicated through messages about time of meeting (no 24 hour check in counter) so check in went smoothly. The host was nice but did not speak English fluently (it was fine since the host spoke enough English to provide instructions for entering the apartment). The apartment was clean and close to attractions in old town. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of 4 nights whilst attending Poland vs Scotland football match. The hotel is well placed to facilitate. Staff were pleasant, hotel was clean and comfortable. No food served on premises other than the breakfast but hotel surrounded by many restaurants and food outlets. "

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"

"The old town is fabulous however the hike up the floor flights of stairs was not It was extremely hot during our stay and the air con was useless The television would not connect at all during our stay, I did email but their solution did not work The location was great and we did know in advance there was no lift, but I wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to how hot the apartments is "
