"Amazing location on the beach. Rooms are cozy with an apartment feel. Staff is friendly and promptly fixed our shower when we had trouble turning it off. They also have different events on different days of the week. We were there on a Monday and they had a karaoke night. Walking distance to shops, dining, coffee, etc."

"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "

"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "
