"Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "

"Deberían mejorar las instalaciones o bajar el precio, solo un espejo y pequeño, te cobran por traerte el desayuno que ya has pagado y para nuestro gusto le faltó algo de bollería y más café, poner un bar o un restaurante por que cuando quieres comer o cenar tienes que irte a buscar algo y en Carnota en invierno no es agradable, lo mejor el personal, eso si que es de 10! "Modern and very clean hotel stay. Friendly welcome. Ultra clean. Large rooms with a small fridge. Superb sea views and black out blinds if required. We had a balcony lovely for an afternoon tipple. Short walk to the beach but a 15 min drive to the town centre as the nearby restaurants were closed for the off season. 12 MD checkout. Optional breakfast on site is very good with great coffee. A very nice and relaxing stay. "
