Horribly rude people. Nobody ever in the office. Cleaning staff and maintenance arguing and fighting between each other loudly in the halls and while cleaning. Homeless people living outside. Scary elevator. Black mold in the ice. Just horrible.

The front door doesn't close properly, as if it's not aligned. Can allow bugs to enter the room and no fan in the bathroom. Also, the window was a big cloudy. Other than that staff was great and location perfect.

The property seemed run down. You couldnt fine any employees. Towels all in the hallways everywhere. Trash on the balconies. Found ants all over my bathroom counter ?!?! Dirty microwave. Absolutely disgusting.

Always enjoy staying here very roomy rooms like the kitchenette nice views You really need to weatherstrip the entry doors I have had several different rooms and the winter wind actually howls through the cracks around the doors must increase costs of HVAC Also toilets are too low to ground

The front desk attendant that checked me out was an amazing person. She was well spoken and very kind; however, I had problems out of the male front desk attendant when asking to be switched rooms. I later discovered that the room that I had been placed in had a broken latch. When I arrived at my room from work my second day there I discovered that I could just enter my room without a key. I also encountered my balcony door being left unlocked and I didn’t do that. I remembered locking it before I left! I have a habit of securing all doors in my living area. Also there’s was a sign at the front desk that said if you have certain credit cards your security deposit will take 2 weeks to be returned. Which is not posted on the website. The room was pretty clean and I loved the view. Minus that it was pretty quiet but I clearly couldn’t enjoy myself anymore after I found out my room didn’t properly lock.

The property is in an excellent location, and the overall condition is satisfactory. However, there are areas that could use some touching up (i.e., light fixtures that don't work, elevator flooring, smells, exterior walkways, etc.). I would stay here again, but it could use some TLC here and there. It could be that it is off-season, which would be the perfect time to spruce up some areas when there are not a lot of guests. I would give this hotel an average rating but wasn't really expecting much more as I know this property has been here for a while.

I enjoyed everything about this property except that the last night. The people that checked in had their music on very loud and we had to get up at 3:30 a.m. for our flight. I did call the front desk, and the woman on duty did attempt to resolve the issue. However, the noise still continued so my son asked if we could move to another room which our request was granted. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We'll be back.
