Hôtel formidable !

Goede ontvangst en zeer goed bed. Echter ontbijt was veel te duur voor wat het maar was. Brood was niet vers, koffie slap. Mijn tip blijven slapen en een ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat nemen.

Accueil au top. Joli village. Hotel bien placé sur la place principale (mais bien calme). Menu degustation top (raffiné. Saveurs exquises et recherchée. Copieux, vu le nombre de plats (sans gavage, juste comme il faut). On sent les etoiles passées et l'experience. Un resto. de PROs. comme on en trouve de moins en moins ... A faire absolument ! Merci Mr Carrion et l'equipe.

A gem

This is a very nice little hotel, located in center of a small old village. The neighbor is a tiny chateau, very pretty. The owners took good care of me and my dogs. The room was more than OK, comfortable bed. What was missing in the room was a comfortable chair. The dinner was very good, albeit mighty expensive.

Très bon établissement dans les vignes

Soirée étape agréable avec un accueil très sympathique, une cuisine extraordinaire avec de la créativité et des mariages de parfums étonnants. On peut s'y arrêter autant pour la restauration que pour l’hôtellerie. Un petit déjeuner très français et très raffiné avec un serveur des plus accueillant (surtout tôt le matin ce qui est plutôt agréable...). Le seul petit inconvénient, bien que l’hôtel se situe en pleine campagne, c'est qu'il est sur une placette un peu passante le matin pour ceux qui veulent dormir.... mais rien de grave

Stunning setting in Vire

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was a bit 'tired' but for what I paid, I cannot complain. Coffee, Tea, Kettle in room. Bed very comfortable indeed. Toiletries supplied and super shower. Wifi excellent. Ask at reception for a connection voucher.

Des hôtes absolument charmants, mais quelques imperfections dans la chambre qui ne devraient pas exister: ampoules grillées, cuvette des toilettes hyper entartrée, moquette déchirée.... La cuisine est excellente et inventive , mais je reste encore sous le choc du whisky à 34 euros la dose (environ 5 cl ) Même s’il est très qualitatif, le prix est difficilement justifiable

Quaint and charming

Loved it! Comfortable room, great air conditioning (a rarity in France, we discovered), extremely friendly staff that spoke English, and very accommodating. We loved our room and the view. We could hear the local church bells ringing every day, and they recommended we drive up the hill (less than a five minute drive) to eat our picnic as it had a great view of the town. They were spot on! We loved our experience here and would definitely stay again. Old world charm on the outside but updated rooms on the inside.

Hotel bien situé dans le village. Très peu d'équipement dans l'hôtel. Impossible de profiter du jaccuzi. Restaurant ne méritant pas une étoile au Michelin. Service décousu, cuisine sans intérêt, les inspecteurs du Michelin ont du oublier de passer dans ce restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est le pire que nous ayons mangé à un prix exorbitant , une honte !

Sehr bemühtes Personal. Mit dem Anspruch auf vegetarisches Essen tat man sich erst sehr schwer, im Laufe des Abends lief es dann überraschend gut. Zimmer zur Straße laut, da Fenster keine Dämmung- normal für Frankreich Sehr freundlicher Wirt Schöne Lage - perfekter stop auf dem Weg ans Meer
