"We have stayed here twice now. It is a small traditional hotel. Set at the edge of town, it has an unobstructed and amazing view of the valley and mountains. "I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. Utilities and room are adequate. "
