"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "The property was spacious, this was a big plus. It was also on a quiet street, but not far away from the main road. Unfortunately I didn't receive the free upgrade I was promised on the phone, but the stay was still very pleasant."

"The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. "La situation de l'appartement est super, et l'espace en lui-même est bien. Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24....

"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "
