"My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

"We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing...

"The location of Citadine Les Halles was fantastic. Both RER and metro links at Chatelet which is within 20m walking distance to the accommodation and there are lots of dining options around. The apartment itself was functional and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that the rooms were not cleaned nor fresh towels or replenished sundry items during our 3 night stay. "

"This hotel was ideal for us as a family of four. We weren't looking for luxury, we wanted a great location, clean and functional, and this ticked all the boxes. We had a one bedroom unit and there was enough space for us to relax. The small kitchen was ideal for a quick breakfast. Having the free coffee and hot chocolate at the reception was very welcome. "Mr Johan & Mr Ghani were very helpful with our luggage, as we came in earlier than our check-in time. They tried to assign us a room earlier to enable us to freshen up. They also helped secure our luggage upon check out till the cab came to take us to the airport much later. Their friendly demeanor truly made our day! The staff at the restaurant were also attentive to details. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’ll definitely make a come back the next time we are in Paris!"

"Excellent location, easily reached from the Eurostar and away from the tourist honeypot of central Paris. The hotel had everything you need, friendly staff, self catering, and clean comfortable room s. The local area is packed with local cafés, restaurants and bars, in a lovely area of cobbled streets. "No wifi on my first day which was very terrible. They lied about a technician working on it on the first day. Also cigarettes smoke smells kept coming in the room when I needed the windows open. Good location though. The chicken wings downstairs were so good and it’s an 8 minute walk from the train, with other metro options nearby. It’s a very good location for basic needs like food, and toiletries. Their staff are really nice "

"I had a good stay, most of the staff was pleasant. My room was clean and comfortable. I have marked this property down due to communication... I checked out yesterday morning around 6am and I asked about when my deposit will be returned to me (100 euros) I was told by the receptionist it would be by the afternoon. As it is nearly 48 hours later and no deposit I gave given 3 stars."

Ticked all the boxes.

"It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."
