"We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past. Eventually got into the car park and lugged all our stuff into reception by 1545. The reception area was like a zoo. Bags, skis, and people everywhere. "The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Great location, ski in, everything is within few steps away! Nice swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable and had everything and more than we needed. Really enjoyed the place and location."

"The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience. If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. "

"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"Rooms are small but have the necessities. Individual secured ski lockers with boot heaters were a nice feature. Continental Breakfast. Conveniently located 5-minute drive from the Les Arc Funicular. Heater towel bar(and room heat source) didn't turn on every day until 5pm, little disappointing."

Great value ski accommodation

"Stayed in the residence - self catered apartments - which have been nicely modernised over the last few years. Basic setup but has everything you need for a ski trip , and the property is right next to the lifts so virtually ski-in, ski-out. Value for money can’t be beaten anywhere in the alps. Decent choice of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the wider town. "

"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "
