"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful. You will enjoy your stay if you are into medieval style of living, i.e., creaking wood floors, antique furniture, arched beams. The room we stayed in was very spacious. They allowed us to park in their private driveway. Breakfast was also delicious showcasing traditional Romanian dishes and cooked breakfast. I highly recommend this place."

Because of its historic classification some things can’t be changed, so for example be prepared to carry around your big old keys to get into your room and the hotel front door. "This is a really nice hotel - probably the best one I stayed in on my trip. It's ideally situated right opposite the historic center, lavishly furnished and my room was spacious and light. The restaurant is awesome with high ceilings and huge windows facing out on to the street. Only problem is the wifi which was very slow."

"This is the best experience we had during our travel all over Europe Owner and staff was very helpful. Free coffee served. Rooms are clean and there is a kitchen for personal use. We felt like we visit our relatives It was like a home to us Location is great very close to old town Owner helped us to go to train station he did not charge for the ride Even He brought my hat to the train station when I forgot it at the hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel You will love it like us "

"The apartment was located in a quiet part of Sibiu that is very close to two grocery stores. It was very comfortable and well furnished. The washroom was well done and stocked with good quality toiletries. The front staff was very helpful and kind. Overall it was an excellent value. The onsite parking was a huge plus as well. "Beautiful and clean room in the best location. Parking our car in your lot was very helpful, too. The renovation and decorations are tasteful and unique. We loved the linens, bed design, and luxurious shower. My only suggestion would be to not have fragrance sticks in the rooms, as it can be over-powering and cause allergies. "

"Loved our stay at Rosen Villa. Before we even arrived, the staff reached out to us with various information and questions about our trip. They sent helpful pictures and directions for check in, and they sent info about the breakfast they serve. We were so glad to add on the breakfast for our first day in Sibiu. The buffet was amazing, full of meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, traditional dips, jams, and so much more. We did not have to have lunch that day! The next day we ate out at a lovely local restaurant (George's) recommended by Stefan. The staff at RV went above and beyond for us, helping us find our way to fun things to do and see in the town, but they also were so helpful with anything that came up with our rooms (for instance the shower was too hot!). But one thing we really, really noticed about the hotel was that it was so clean. The room and the bathroom were so clean! Thank you, Rosen Villa for the perfect stay in your great town of Sibiu! We hope to be back again! "

"The property is good value for money and is within walking distance of the city centre. Note that the sauna and Jacuzzi need to be booked and paid for separately. The cost for these facilities is per person, not per hour booked. The breakfast is on the 11th floor of the building, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options are good. The reception staff work hard."
