"Beautiful and cozy room! We felt like we were in a furnished apartment rather than a hotel room. The gas fireplace was very nice and gave the room feel like being at home. Comfortable furniture, clean kitchenette that included dishes and cookware, and a full size fridge! Only thing missing was an oven. My one and only complaint was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. It was room temperature at best. If we're in need of a room again, we will definitely book it here. "

The only issue was the poor snow removal efforts, which left us slipping and sliding on ice or hard packed, icy snow, getting in and out and to the parking lot. "Booking receptionist at the front desk to checkin and out, was extremely lrude and impatient and unaware of speaking to him over the phone before for early check-in!! Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! "Except for some shady people around the outside of the hotel and banging by someone in the next room in the middle of the night it was a decent place. Wish they had more of a breakfast and decaf coffee but that wasn't a deal breaker. I liked that there was a full sized fridge, microwave and stove top in their mini kitchen. Bunuka, who checked us in, was really nice and accommodating."
