"The hotel is well placed for travel south in Spain being just off the A66. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good en suite facility. Less good is the restaurant which doesn’t serve food until 8pm - not good after a day’s travelling. The choice of dishes is limited and the food is not sufficiently well cooked. "We have nothing but praise for this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfy, the room was way more spacious than it looked in the picture, and it is super clean! The ‘make your own breakfast’ is really smart - no need to hurry in the mornings :) It’s family run, and they are so nice and helpful. Loved them! The village is cute too, and everyone is really nice and friendly. Lovely Zafra is just a 15 minute drive away. We traveled as a family of three (child aged 8), but it is definitely best...

"Very central and an easy walk into centre. Lovely setting, it's partly built into the city wall. Very clean and nice communal areas. Communication is very difficult as we have limited Spanish and non of the staff spoke English but we battled through. We've stayed her several times on our way back and forwa to Cadiz and we will definitely stay again. There parking available at a rate of 10Eur per day however it's worth the extra as it is secure."
