"This BNB is in a fantastic location right in downtown. The host was communicative and helpful with answering questions. The walls were paper thin (you could hear everyone in the building coming and going), and the towel hanger as well as curtain rods both fell upon trying to simply access them. Overall I'd say the value was decent!"

"The view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and the cathedral was spectacular! The day we got in, it was raining heavily and Eduardo at the office stayed later to ensure we had a list of places to eat as well as to buy warmer clothes which we had not packed. "

"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "

"La ubicación es muy buena, a unas cuadras caminando del centro cívico. Es difícil estacionar y hay que pagar en esa zona. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. La comunicación fue muy buena y tuvimos un par de problemitas en el depto pero nos lo resolvieron rápido. El depto tiene todo lo necesario. Lo que creo que podrían mejorar un poco es la limpieza en paredes, muebles. "

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"We stayed in a cuádruple. Great location and fun pool amenities, but you have to walk outside to reach the pool and game room. They are making some improvements. The pictures are a little confusing- some rooms have a kitchenette and some have nothing. It’s best to double check. We thought we were booking a different room. "

"There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

"The property management is really good. Very clean place. Only thing is that the property doesn't have air conditioner . It was very hot during the day. Luckily the temperature drops at night so it gets better. The view to the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as far as utensils and pots. "
