"Generally loved it. Great staff. Hotel infrastructure is slightly dated. But staff quality makes up for it. People are amazingly nice. Above all the hotel provides an amazing view of the lake. "

"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. "

"Apartment is nice and convenient. Communication with operators was very frustrating. We ended up managing a parking solution on our own. "

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"Very nice apartment but super stressful getting access into building. Booking site said checkin 3pm -10pm but no front door staff. Email connected me to local contact who sent link to use to open building door but couldn't get it to work. Finally someone walked out and I walked in. Apartment key in lockbox worked fine. "

"Misleading the photo of the BBQ deck area appearing right on the lake…the accommodation is not this. Although it has a gorgeous view from the lounge room & bedrooms it doesn’t have a balcony and is a good 15-20min walk to that lake. The unit needs some love cupboard doors falling off, blockout curtains that don’t fit the window so pointless, not a scrap of toilet paper provided, garage roller door remote doesn’t work. These things don’t matter as much when the price tag is not high."

"Conveniently located within minutes of city center. Comfortable place to stay. No toilet paper provided and towels were threadbare - aside from those minor nuances, still a good, affordable place to stay in Bariloche. "

"Had a great time at this hotel!! The location is excellent. The best part is Guillermo and Diego, owner and administrator of the hotel who make you feel like family and help you with anything you may need, from buying groceries, to helping with ski instructors and equipment, to booking tours. Highly recommend!"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. El día que dejamos el hotel, solicitamos en la recepción que nos programaran un taxi remise para ir al aeropuerto y nunca llegó, desgraciadamente el joven de la recepción no pudo conseguirnos otro medio de transporte, eran las 4 am y tuvimos que salir a la calle cargando las maletas, nos topamos con muchos borrachos en la calle, el taxista que nos hizo el favor de recogernos nos comentó que era muy peligroso estar a esas horas en la calle"
