"The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am. Leaving...

"The cabanas have stunning views to the surrounding lake and mountains. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, quiet and you can observe wildlife as well. The owner and the staff incredibly helpful including offering rides to the airport for more convenient rates than a regular taxi. "Typical wooden structure for this area, pleasant gardens, heated pool, spacious room: we had booked a twin and got a family room. A more interesting breakfast than most places we have stayed. Good value evening meal deal on offer. As it would have been a trek along the dirt road into town, we were glad of this opportunity. The staff were very pleasant though little English was spoken. My fault for not learning more Spanish! I was backpacking with my daughter so this was a little more upmarket...

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were just not available. Breakfast (xmas morning!) was nothing particular. Just plain continental without any xmas atmosphere. Maintenance is needed as many areas show damaged woodwork and painting opportunities. All in all not the experience we expected. This hotel is probably a better choice in winter time."

"This was the best place we stayed in all of Argentina. The chateaus is magical - relaxing, beautiful, well appointed, luxurious, intimate. The room was spacious and lovely. The views are absolutely unreal. The services was 5 star. Its really amazing and we can't wait to return. "
