"I was truly expecting a much nicer Riad at this per night price. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were super nice. I will begin with the worst. I got poisoning from the breakfast! "I would go back to Rabat just to go back to this hotel. Everyone there (managers, front desk ppl, valet) are incredibly kind and nice. The vibe of the hotel is so posh and luxury without being overstated. The bar is beautiful, and the hookah is delicious, and the rooms are immaculate. We truly loved our experience here! "

"We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. "We were very pleased at the riad , it is very clean, very unique in the layout , nice decoration and nice room. It is very quiet . The staff Badr was extremely friendly and helpful. "Our stay here was lovely. The Riad was a former grand home converted beautifully into a hotel. Food was good, rooms were spacious and comfy. Service was fine but little English was spoken. Location was perfect-it is right in the middle of the Medina and near the sea."

"The breakfast was first rate! If breakfast was the only thing served at this hotel, I'd return just for that. Did not like the damp odor from the bathroom. There needs to be some device that keeps all the moisture within the shower area. Its a humid climate so water from the shower gets on the floor of the bathroom and never dries properly hence the odor of mildew."
