"My room was a good size, it was clean well maintained. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was that it was in the ground floor. There were some very small ants too, but in such a hot climate it’s probably to be expected. However they were minute and didn’t cause any issues. The hosts/staff were very welcoming and friendly. "The staff were incredibly welcoming the minute we stepped into the hotel, which was a nice feeling after traveling for a long period of time. Our view was incredible as well since we chose a room with an ocean view. I will say, though, that one little invonvenience was the elevator. There were times when it was not working too well, taking a little longer to open once we reached our floor of choice. Other than that though, wonderful experience, would come again. "

"The hotel is on a prime spot by the pier. Nice and clean overall. The windows are not fully noise insulated so a ship being loaded with large metal pipes overnight kept making clanking noises during the process. The parking is across the property and not clearly marked so we had to drive in the messy traffic around that block twice until we went into the hotel to find exactly where the parking was. Should have a sign. The room reservation said parking included but they still charged 20...
