"Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."

The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. "Amazingly beautiful hotel and spa! Front desk reception were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were anything from cereal, yogurt to freshly made omelettes. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The marble throughout the building was gorgeous and opulent. We did not make use of the spa area at all, but it looked first rate. Our only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. The magnifying mirror in our room (132) had no light and the room’s lighting not bright enough for my wife to put on makeup. "
