"Local simples, porém ótimo para quem quer curtir a cidade e utilizar só para tomar banho e dormir … Quarto o ar gelando bem, tem televisão, tem frigobar disponível para você colocar suas coisas. Banheiro pequeno, mas com chuveiro quente. Não tem estacionamento, porém por informação dos funcionários, estacionei o carro em frente e não tive problema. A LOCALIZAÇÃO é perfeita. Muito perto da praia principal. Da pra ir andando também para a Rua das Pedras, e também dá pra ir andando para a Praia...

The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. " Our stay at Insólito was nothing short of spectacular! The pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and vibe of this hotel. The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic! An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at Insólito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Búzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay."

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
