"The manager was amazing and very helpful. And the housekeeper was very sweet. We had to use our towels for a leak in the toilet hose, and had to buy our own toilet paper as we almost ran out. But the manager renewed our supplies as soon as she heard. Loved our stay."

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. Location was excellent as we were literally in the heart of Bolhão area, right across from a metro station entrance. Light sleepers beware though, the market starts stirring early in the mornings and the foot/traffic below doesn't stop until very late. "

"Nice place - and room was comfortable and clean - so not a bad place to stay. First room was given had a very foul smell in it - so was given another. Some staff at front desk were extremely rude, seemed to be prioritizing helping people they knew and not following order people were lined up in."

"Like the premier location, everything else about this hotel is first-class, from the friendly and helpful staff to the sumptuous breakfast, comfortable and spacious remodeled rooms (ours had a view over the Duoro) and multiple little lounge areas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"El hotel nos encantó, el personal muy amables ,siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades en todo momento y un hotel muy lindo y centrico , el desayuno magnifico. Si queria expilicar que pedimos un taxi para el aereopuerto desde el hotel para el 13 de enero a las 9y30 am y nos preocupó porque el taxita no puso el taxímetro y cuando llegamos al aereopuerto nos cobró 35 euros y no nos dio comprobante , no se si esto es correcto Quiero aclarar que el hotel no tiene que ver con esto solamente ellos nos solicitaron el taxi."
